Launching in June, our new Helgi Resident App brings everything you need into one place. It’s designed to make everyday living simpler, more connected, and a little more seamless.

Everything in one place

No more digging through emails or searching for documents, within the app, you can:
• View your rental documents whenever you need them
• Access your neighbourhood welcome pack
• Stay up to date with notifications within your neighbourhood

Support that works around you

Things don’t always happen 9–5 and neither do we. You can raise repair requests directly through the app, 24/7. It’s quick, simple, and keeps everything in one place.

A little extra for your wellbeing

We’ve partnered with Technogym to give you access to home workouts through the app. Whether it’s a quick session before work or something more structured, it’s there to fit around your routine and keep you feeling your best.

Getting to know your neighbourhood

Moving somewhere new should feel exciting, not overwhelming. The app helps you settle in by sharing our favourite local spots including restaurants, cafes, coffee shops and local stores. We want you to feel at home from the day you move in.
